Frustrating User Experience with Constant Refresh and Navigation Issues

The app provides a poor user experience. Every time I go back to my course list after watching a video, the list refreshes and takes me to the top, so I have to scroll down to find where I left off.

Additionally, I cannot easily seek forward or backward in a video by dragging the progress bar; I can only use the 10-second forward/backward buttons, which is inefficient.

In the course list, I can see chapter numbers, questions, exams, and demos. However, when a video is playing and I try to view the list, I can't see the chapter details—just a basic list. And as usual, if I try to navigate to a specific chapter, it refreshes and takes me back to the top of the list.

Overall, this app is frustrating to use on a daily basis. If it weren’t for the fact that my workplace only offers A Cloud Guru, I would have switched to another platform by now.

Great app that can get a bit better.

The UI is perfect. However, the app lacks integration with Chromecast. As a result, videos cannot be watched using this type of device. Likewise, iPhones only send the audio to Samsung TVs. It would be nice to have the video, as well.

Outdated Content

I started my AI-900 course, only to find multiple labs inoperable due to invalid dataset URLs.

On the rare occasion a lab did work, it was promptly terminated for supposedly unusual Bitcoin mining activity, a claim that seems far-fetched at best. Upon reaching out to support for assistance, I was met with a somewhat dismissive attitude, effectively telling me to deal with the situation as presented.
Further adding to my frustration, I achieved high scores on their practice exams, yet when I attempted a Microsoft practice exam, I discovered that a staggering 60% of the material was not even covered by their courses.

The content and support provided are utterly unsatisfactory. Now, left with no choice, I find myself revisiting the study material through Microsoft’s own self-paced content, having wasted three weeks on what can only be described as subpar offerings from Cloud Guru.

I would highly advise anyone considering a subscription to go through the material provided by the Cloud Platforms.

Another great way to learn

The app is great, but it lacks the tvOS version for a better experience while watching on big screen with an Apple TV

Downloads are broken

I downloaded an entire course to watch on my 7 hour flight. I already had another couple of courses downloaded but after watching one video out of any downloaded course I could not get back into the downloaded course to continue watching. You tap the course in downloads and it will not enter into the downloads just highlights then release the menu item. :(

Since update this app does not really work in offline mode

I have installed the latest update and now none of the offline functions work. I am travelling quite a lot and our business has a multiple user’s subscription. Before the latest update I was able to download a course and watch it offline. Now this function does not work and I am only able to watch one video - after that it is impossible to access the downloaded course. In order to make this work I have to download this again however next time the same issue occurs.
Come on cloud guru team - fix the bugs in this app.

Terrible app

The app has multiple problems, I am using an IPad Pro. Firstly the once you have downloaded content you require an internet connection to access it which defeats the purpose of downloading. Secondly when trying to watch the AWS SAP course, I am constantly being shown the same intro video over and over again whenever I get to the next video. This happens when I try and downloaded or directly off the internet. I have tried reinstalling but issue persists.
