Great app but

I love how user friendly the app is and that I can use dark mode. Also the presentations have dark background which makes them easy to watch at night.
Overall it is a great app. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it is buggy. The loading keeps showing while watching a video. It usually doesn't happen when I download the courses.

App continuously crashes on iOS 16.1.2 for iPhone 14 Pro Max

The content is top notch. This review is more about my mobile experience recent weeks (2 wks) using the app. Over the last 2 weeks, this app repeatedly crashes and fails to launch. I had downloaded 2 courses and desired not to remove and reinstall app…but no workarounds (powering off phone) addressed the issue. So removing and reinstalling app works briefly (3-4 days) and then the problems appear again - launch the app and then it crashes. Is anyone else experiencing this on iOS 16.1.2 for iPhone 14 Pro Max? 3rd time reinstalling acloudguru app. Pretty concerning and annoying trying to troubleshoot a learning platform that I rather not troubleshoot. Im also a Pluralsight user and do not observe the same behaviors…of course the technology stacks could be separate and different considering all things..??

Love cloud guru themselves, but mobile app needs work

Like the title says, I love the cloud guru platform itself, but I basically have to use it on desktop only. The mobile app seems to have one problem after another. For a while it had issues with synchronization when you put a video on two times speed. This morning it’s not even opening at all. It shows a black screen for a second and then just closes.

App keeps crashing on start

Keeps crashing every time I open the app. I’ve tried to connect to reliable Wi-Fi. I’ve tried to use 5GLTE. I restarted my iPhone, 14 Pro Max for whatever reason the app just crashes. I mostly do my studies on my PC but when I’m running errands, I like to listen to lectures and soak in material. However, today I haven’t been able to do that. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the app or if there was an iOS update, but this is the first time I’ve ran into this issue and I’ve been a member with a cloud guru for years.

Works well after update

Update: The latest app update (4.0.1) has resolved the issue and the app now opens and works as expected. Not sure how that makes it through QA but at least it was fixed quickly so I’ve updated my rating.

I have been using A Cloud Guru in browser on my computer but wanted to also use my iPad so I can study on the go. I signed into the app and it just crashes. Close it and reopen, instantly crashes again… over and over. Reinstalling didn’t help. I’ve been enjoying the course I’ve been taking but this app is broken. iPad Air 4 on the latest iPadOS (15.7) using Google sign in.

Unable to open the application after login

I successfully installing the application and gave my credentials to login soon after this I am unable to open the app it is automatically closing, kindly do the need full by fixing the bug in version 4.0.
