Some issues
I appreciate the app being available and what it is for a smaller local credit union, but why is it down so often? Multiple times a week when I go to log in I get that “call 1-800” pop up and I have to wait a few hours or until the next day just to view my own bank account info. It’s very frustrating at times. AND every time it happens it turns off my Face ID setting so whenever I get back in I have to go turn it back on, multiple times a week. If it just signed me in normal every time I want to sign in, it would be a 5 star app.Show lessLicia Christine
