App isn’t good for a security device
3rd time now having to delete and re download the app from being unable to view my videos in the cloud. The page would come up with retry and a section to buy plan then wouldn’t recognise the login. Was instructed by help to log out and log back in but there in no option for that so all you can do is delete an re installShow lessHad enough
On the 18th may my Uniden Solo stopped recording. Many many emails later, sent it back (still under warranty)
It’s now back. Still not working! I need security for my farm and this very expensive camera has been a nightmare disappointment. After sales waste of time, asking for a refund or replacement, don’t even bother. I am so disappointed. They did nothing at the service department, just advised me it was working, it’s NOT. Shop around, just don’t go with this brand.Show lessLost access to the cloud
I can no longer access the cloud the app sends me in a loop when trying to navigate and only has a white screen when trying to bind account. Can’t update profile picture as it says failed all in all the app is not great. I can get in and see the camera though but not overly happy with the product and appShow less
