I love this game, but as a couple of others have mentioned, you now have to watch two adverts in order to get 30 gems, this glitch really needs fixing as it makes me not want to play. I’ve also noticed your responses to their posts are irrelevant and the error has not yet been fixed. Please can you address the issue and provide an update to resolve this?Show lessKjon4092

I love this game, and have played for many years. It is my go to app to unwind. However, recently, when you watch the videos to receive bonuses, the rewards aren’t added to your tally. It often takes two and sometimes three times of watching an ad before you get your bonus. This is getting frustrating to the point of stopping play with this app and removing it.
I also agree that there’s no way to win the higher levels without using at least one, most times two, bonus balls.Show lessTotally trying
Amazing game
I just got this game last week and I love it I think the thing I love the most is that they are no adds usually after a round on most games a and would pop up but there hasn’t been a single one and I’ve been playing for a week.I would highly recommend this game if you want to relax. This game is great for kids and adults Im 35 and my 8 year old loves this game and I feel like it’s something we can play together. Whenever me and my son play this game we bond for sure and he loves it. My only concern is that they could add 1v1 so you can play against your friends and join their game other then that amazing game me and my family love it and can’t get enough.Show lesslol hsi
Misleading rewards for watching advertising
It’s a good game but when you watch the add to secure 30 gems it only credits them after watching 2 ads not one. It is similar to the last sec to be 30 gems per ad. Please fix this issue.Krs10z
Exceptional fun ruined by ads that can’t be stopped
This game is incredibly fun. Fantastic retro neon graphics and bonuses, multipliers and tricks within each level are amazing. Unfortunately almost any button or option you select when you aren’t actively aiming your ball takes you right into an ad. There are ads between levels, when you continue, to get more balls, and there’s even ads when you decide to close a level or open one. This would be acceptable if there was an option in the game to purchase it and remove ads. I will probably pay $10 for this game just to avoid having to watch ads constantly. I like a challenge and the concept is simple. Entertaining and perfect for a quick time filler or a decent time waster. Only adds if you wanna watch them so that’s good.prinkilcill

I love this game and have played this game for years until I achieved a high level, but now the record is all gone and I have to start over again. The game is 5 star, but with this setback I feel like someone sent me back to kindergarten. Frustrated!jedwardswrigt
Twice I lost my scores and had to start all over
Twice I lost my scores and had to start all over again! The first time I was on level 700+ and the second 400+. Just out of no more it went back to level 1! So I got frustrated and deleted the game!Pascale_333
Needs an option to pay for add-free
I’m enjoying this game quite a bit. I play it a lot. I do not put any $ into any of the gem packages, I don’t really care to; however, I would be glad to pay a fee to eliminate the ADs. I’m sick of having to watch a 30 second video just to get to the next level. Why not offer an option to pay $5 for no ads? It’s actually got me looking for other games like this because it’s so frustrating. Edit: I still play this game quite a bit, but now, they’ve added new game modes, but now the ads are even worse, sometimes not only having no timer, but no way to exit out of the ad. I will NEVER pay for any of the upgrades in this game, but I would be HAPPY to pay a flat fee to have an ad-free version. Dropping rating to 3 stars. Edit 2: after playing this game for years, I’m becoming more annoyed with many levels being so difficult that getting through the first few lines takes some serious luck. Then up comes level 654. About a week of fighting with this level has pushed me to find another game. Between the unnecessary difficulty of many levels, the annoying ads after every click, and lack of customer support from the devs, I’m pretty much done with this game.Show lessLrd_Vadr
