A great portfolio tracker

I love this app, after trying a lot of alternatives I happily settled on this. Great features, easy to use and very useful without upgrading to Pro.
One request!
Would be great to see snapshot balances by portfolio as widgets, it’s either total balance or individual stocks at the moment which is great but would be good to see how individual portfolio are performing at a glance.

Great app

Great app. Been using it’s PRO version for a few weeks now and I like it so far. Just one thing that I couldn’t figure out yet, all my holdings are showing slightly higher than the the actual ones on my eToro portfolio. Not big difference, less than 1%, but it does make a difference when I look at my general P&L. Is it some kind of setting that I couldn’t find?

Favourite app

This app is really useful and works well. Easy to set up as well. I do have a couple of issues though. First is when you move assets into a new portfolio and later if you buy more of any asset, everything will refresh and you will end up with the same asset twice in 2 portfolios. Sometimes you’ll end up with the same asset showing double in one portfolio. Some more functionality and options would be great. I’ve had to spend a lot of time moving things around after this issue and it does happened all the time. The other issue I found is when you sell an asset and then buy again later, it will keep your old profit/loss numbers included with your new buy numbers. Super annoying. I keep making bad decisions because I think I’ve hit my target numbers. Otherwise this app is amazing and I now have most of my friends using it.

Hi Jaymie, thanks for your kind review.Delta portfolios work in that each one is its own entity. So if you move an asset from one portfolio to the other, you might destroy the portfolio you are moving it from. We recommend you set portfolios up individually and if that means double of the same stuff on different portfolios that is best method than potentially damaging a portfolio by moving data. Finally a real app with real support

I made the mistake of download another app that had all my savings on it when it crashed I was left hanging

I’ve been had to find another app at first I found this app I little challenging, but one thing that I really appreciate it was a service and support.

Although I’m not a paying customer because it’s not available in my area, they still took the time to get back to me and we’re extremely helpful and very diligent

An app is only as good as it support

I have given this app almost a year and I’m done.

This app fails to accurately keep track of your portfolio. Here are just some of the recurring issues, some of which I was told a fix is in the works but months after the fix was supposed to be there the same problems occur:

* the app constantly fails to get data from the Coinbase API. It says invalid credentials and randomly works only if I spam the refresh button in the connections.

* the balance of Bitcoin wallets is constantly not updating correctly, leading to an erroneously high balance whenever you sell off Bitcoin as what you sold it for is added to your balance but the Bitcoin is not removed.

* all this incompetence comes at a price.

* the app has given me a false sense of security of my profile value leading me to take out more money than I reasonably should have leaving me with a very low portfolio. Much lower than I thought.

I’m saying goodbye to this app. Every single sport conversation is then explaining why you have to basically do the work of the app for it.

You have to become crypto accountant. Add all transactions on exchanges it doesn’t support.

This all causes you do have to do the work that I didn’t have to do WITHOUT the app to keep track of my portfolio.

Literally less work to not use the app. This app is worthless.

Hi, I am sorry our app has failed you, it is not something we strive for. There is no one-button-solution to track all your holdings if you want analytics, we will need full 100% correct history and we cannot always get that from the exchanges and such, so there is always some manual work setting up a portfolio, all trackers face this issue so any that say they don't will be lying to you. We are extremely up front with regards to limitations and what you need to do to set up a portfolio.We work with lots of third-parties and are subject to their side having issues as well so I am sorry if there has been some issues that we could not fix for you within your expectations.I do hope you will come back to us, we would be happy to talk further on this, you can reach out to us at support@delta.app or Settings in Delta - Support - Contact Support and mention this review. Syncing not working properly

I have the pro version and the app really has a hard time syncing my portfolio every time, even if I click sync I'd have to leave my app open for a few hours just for it to sync everything from my broker (Canadian) . Other then that the app has great metrics, and really helps you stay ontop of everything. Hopefully they fix the syncing soon and once they do this would be a 5 star app for sure!
