Failed to verify phone number

I couldn’t book an appointment because it keeps failing at the phone number verification process. I’m visiting Singapore, so I use my usa number. I enter my number, click verify, the sooner comes up, then nothing happens….. nothing gets verified, and I’m stuck…..

Fast, efficient and professional

Amazing service, I was so impressed with the speed you get an appointment and how fast the prescriptions were ready! Definitely will use again when the need arise

Great idea but horrible app

It took me 2 hours and 4 phone calls to get out of a loop trying to set up my profile which wouldn’t save. Extremely frustrating while desperately wanting to set up a video consult for my very sick husband.

No service for tourists

Struck down with Covid in Singapore and cannot access the app with an Australian mobile phone number. This is very unhelpful.

Took my money but didn’t deliver the service

Signed up for day 4 Covid test for early release. Speedoc appear not to have done the necessary to make it official. Money wasted.

Great service

Trying to get an ART test done during this time of year is difficult with a family. Luckily Speedoc offers a home swab service. Just click and setup the time and a professional nurse shows up and has everything done within 20-30 mins. Paperwork was completed and sent within 2 hours along with helpful whatsapp and phone calls. Would highly recommend. Price is competitive and good service.
