We make it easy to get the information you need and communicate with your squads. This free app allows you to tap into SquadFusion platform on the go. View rosters and profiles for your squads and any other squads your administrator has enabled. Can’t remember Sarah’s parents’ names? Want to see whether Samuel prefers to go by Samuel, Sam, or Sammy? Just tap on their cards to get your answers. Update participant profiles you manage (your own, your children’s, and any other profile you created or has been shared with you). Send messages to your squads without having to know or type email addresses and cell phone numbers. You don’t even have to keep track of who likes emails or texts…just type your message and they will receive it how they wish. Create and update squad events. View events by squad or on a consolidated schedule of all your squads. Tap on the event to open its locations in Maps. Submit RSVPs and view RSVPs for other people in your squads. Use your squads’ community boards to share information, pictures, plans, and more. Or reply to existing community topics. Create a play-by-play so people who can’t attend can follow along remotely. Publicize up-to-the-minute schedule or location changes. Enter scores and other results. View organization announcements and schedules. Manage your account settings to receive only the notifications you want in the format you want them. You can unsubscribe from individual topics if you like notifications generally, but have had your fill of learning who’s bringing what to the picnic next week. Register and pay for new events and seasons. SOME IMPORTANT NOTES AND CAVEATS You must have an account with an organization to access that organization with the app. It’s free and easy to create accounts. In the future, we will allow anonymous access, at the discretion of each organization’s administrators. Some features and data may not be available within your organization if you are not an administrator. We give each organization the ability to customize what they allow their members to do and see. For instance, you may be unable to send a message or view someone’s contact information. We still welcome you to contact us (support@squadfusion.com), but please be aware we may refer you to your administrator.
