    Every time I enter the last number for my barcode, the app closes. I can’t even get past the first line of registration!!

    You can’t even put in the information to register on the very first screen!!!! UGH

    I just received this from Honda AFTER I just spent more than $100 on service at my dealership. Yet it says the app has been around for 4 years! What gives?

    It’s amazing every time I open the app I find more money or another way to save $$!
  • Point Balance and History

    The app has a problem with the “Point Balance and History” tab. It does not work. (I can access this on the desktop site.)

    Other issues:
    I don’t see information about point values and what services earn what points.
    The system is really slow. Like glacial slow.
    The homepage buttons do not respond. The pulldown works but does not have functionality. Cannot watch the intro video.

    The app is outdated, slow, and difficult to navigate.

    Filled in required info but could not submit because “Auto” filled number was incorrect???
