  • Amazing

Tbh I have never been more happy playing this game. At the beginning of the game, they give you ALL of the characters! Playing many games before, it’s common that there are “exclusive” ones that are impossible to obtain without $100. Naruto x Boruto doesn’t have the stupid “exclusive” things. As the game progresses, you do get better and better. At least twice a month you can gain enough shinobite to pull some good summons. Yes, there is always the feeling that everyone is better than you, but it goes away after a few months.

Also, it isn’t just the game that is amazing- it’s the series it comes from. Back when I was in 6th grade I had depression- it really sucked and I almost died a ton of times. Starting in late 7th I had a friend introduce me to Naruto. Best decision ever🙂. Over time, as I watched the series, it grew on me. Seeing a character going to the extremes to never give up, to never go back on your word, and to stay with your friends is powerful. It’s 9th grade and now I have a purpose. I’m happy with my life now. Thank you Masashi Kishimoto and thank you to everyone who helped make this happen.

  • Summon rates are trash

The game is ok, would be better if it had more content with the guilds, but my main point here is the summon rates and getting that ultimate jutsu for your favorite character. For everyone just starting the game, yea it’s fair and all but once you start finishing up all the quests and leveling up your base and whatever there is only so much shinobite that they give out and it’s not much at all, even during events. Eventually comes down to buying shinobite, which is not a fair price, IMO. 5$ just for one summon, it’s just outrageous and the summon rates are terrible. Once Bandai fixes that, then this game will be amazing. And yes I understand you can earn shinobite through attack and team battle missions by ranking up, but it’s a big grind and even then Bandai will have some way of getting money out of you. One more thing l, this game does have shinobite sales and stuff, but come on, put out sales that everyone is going to actually buy, not 33$ for this and 44$ for that. How about 5$ or 10$ or 12$ sales. Stop using your give me money genjutsu.

  • Pls nerf gem prices

The mechanics are pretty good and it’s overall a fun game to play. However, there’s a big flaw right now when it comes to the summoning. Most summonings cost 500 gems and most of them require several steps in order to get any good cards. In story missions and most special missions you can normally get around 5 to 10 gems the first time you complete it. There are a few, like the evolution missions that actually do give ~30 gems for completion, but once you get that, it’s gone. In the achievements, you’re lucky if a reward exceeds 5, and daily rewards are ridiculously low. So, a player might try to buy a few gems in order to get cards for their favorite character, but the cost makes it not worth it. It costs $5 for 50 gems, which can get you one (1) entire card. At $45, you can get around 800 gems, but that isn’t even enough to clear 2 rounds of normal 500 gem spawns.

I’d suggest that you increase the amount regular missions give out from 5 (low power) or 10 (medium power) to maybe 15 or 20, decrease the dollar cost to buy them, and perhaps reset the rewards in certain missions (evolution and the hero ones) every few days so high level players aren’t stuck not being able to get more gems. Alternatively, you could reduce the cost of spawns massively and get rid of multi-step ones.

  • Fun at first but now unplayable.

I downloaded the game maybe 3ish weeks ago just for something to do on my free time. It was fun at first the game supplied many rubies for players to pull moves and an event that can earn you free pulls but after 100+ pulls I only got 2 rares and a bunch of duplicates. If you ask me that’s pathetic and way to hard to build a character. This game has a story mode that’s fun to try to complete at first but you’ll finish it in only a few days flat. While your doing the story you can do daily missions and certain character missions but trust me you’ll be done with those soon enough cause after I hit level 25 my Daily missions wouldn’t even let me do them. Everyday I sign in to try to do them but they already say “complete” and without the Dailey you can’t earn your daily 100 rubies. The events are fun to do with players online and they last about a month but when the event is done there’s nothing to do in the game. I did enjoy this game in the beginning but after a few days there no content left. Devs if you’re reading this add more content, lower the move cost, or just simply rise the pull chance so the game can still be enjoyable for the most part.

  • Nice mobile game

This mobile Naruto game is pretty pretty fun if you ask me and here’s why. So first you got story which is about to date 12 chapters long but the game get updated to release more chapters but yeah the you can bet theme pretty quick but you can unlock rewards that can be used to the other parts of the game. Then you have attack missions which is pretty much pvp and that’s where you is a 4 of your characters to attack another person base (which you can also make yourself) and start ranking up. Then you have special missions which you can get hero fragments to level up your characters and get leveling up Materials. Then there S.A.M (surprise attack missions) where you attack a tailed best with you and 3 other people. You can control your village and get resources like gold and chakra. To get your ninja stronger you have to get jutsu and ninja cards. You can get these by unlocking them in story or summon them. There is game currency called Shino bites and you use those for all sort of stuff. Well overall the game is still alive with the game continually getting updates so this game you’ll enjoy.

  • Good game, with potential to be great.

I really love the amount of missions that are in the game now. When I first played there was hardly any content. Now it seems like the missions get switched up pretty often, and the surprise attack missions are great for getting new items. I like the amount of challenge there is to progress, because it keeps me playing the game longer. There are a couple things I don’t like though. I think that the shinobite packs are too expensive. $33 on sale for 800 shinobite that may or may not get you any good items. I never spend money on the game for that reason. Secondly, there is nothing to spend ryo on beyond upgrading your town and buying four items in the shop every day. I think that you should add something to spend ryo on, like costumes or something small that doesn’t affect actual characters strength. I have a bunch of gifts in the mailbox for ryo that I can’t claim, because I can’t spend it. Other than those issues, it’s a good game and I’ll keep playing it to see what you all do with it.

  • What’s going on?

After linking game data to my game center account I’ve been having problems with the ‘ ‘special missions’ of the game. The missions/battle dances are complete even before I have played them?!! Eg: Sunday special mission/ fight Sasuke and obtain hero fragments of other shinobi is marked complete and apparently all rewards are obtained, when in reality I haven’t played it or received these rewards from which the mission was apparently played? Is this some sort of glitch? I’ve been playing on my iPhone 6+ and haven’t played on any other device for months. I tried deleting cache, it never stopped happening to the daily special missions, but it stopped happening to the battle dances for a while but now it’s happening again. This time I’m deleting the game and redownloading to see if the same problem persists. :( it’s a shame this is happening because I enjoy this game a lot

  • Has Potential but is a broken game

I love the idea of collecting famous Naruto/Boruto characters, and doing a prize draw for their special moves. I like how the game has a story mode that follows the anime with missions to complete. I think it's neat that you kind of get to build and upgrade your village and defenses, and the defend/attack other players' villages. The graphics are definitely nice to look at. As a true fan of both series I enjoy the game a lot.... when it's working I mean!!! It aggravates me how unplayable this game is!!! Every time you do a update within the game and not from the App Store, it never downloads for me saying I have bad internet connection when that's not the case; it's the game! I hate when I'm in the middle of playing story mode and the game quits for no reason! The attack other player village works, but halfway through it stops with a message saying you lost connection?!? How can I ever upgrade my village, when it is required to win these battles!?! Also during missions there should be a map overlay because it's trial and error when trying to traverse through levels. Please you better fix this!!!!! This game could great and some much more!
PS: PLEASE ADD the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Hokages to the roster!

  • Trash After A Week

This Game Has Started Off Fun But Ended With Some Major Dislike . The First Problem I Have Is The Micro-Transactions . The Price Of Shinobites Is Completely Outrageous . Especially The Amount Of It Being Bought . I Saw That Like 7 Shinobites Were Like $3 Or $4 . That’s Pretty Steep For A Game . Maybe 50 Shinobites Could Go For That Price But 7 . Really ? Unfortunately I Have Spent Only $8 On This Game And It Was For About 50 Shinobites . Which Is A Major Rip Off . Then To Follow Up ; The Summons For Ninja Fragments and Justu’s Is Also Ridiculous . 50 Shinobites For One Summon ? That’s Like $8 Right There . These Game Needs More Ways To Earn Shinobites And A Lot Of It . Another Thing Is The Inability To Dodge . I Have A Naruto That POW Is Over 100,000 . Whenever I Get Trapped In The Corner and Surrounded , There Is A 100% Chance That I Lost . I Always Seem To Get Knocked Back By Multiple Attacks And Justu’s . I Have This Problem A Lot In Special Missions That Requires High POW . Then It’s Hard To Get Fame Points . Like The Only Way I Know Of Is Logging In Every Day For 2 Freaking Points . Honestly I Don’t See A Point In Having That In Game If It’s Probably Gone Take Up To Three Months Just To Advance .

  • Overall has potential

This is a quality Naruto game. The game is like Bleach Brave Souls, but lack the smooth mechanics and epic characters cut scene specials (take note Bandai). When I’m playing this game I feel like I’m playing a non-stop knight game with relatable characters. There is no challenge, the game doesn’t make you feel like outcomes can be altered through skill and tactics. It’s all based off of power level. Which brings me to another point, their pay to success layout is outrageous. In Bleach Brave Souls, they offer purchasing orbs to get ahead, but it isn’t a necessity. Their prices were reasonable and they benefited profits for making a good game, not sucking the money out of their fan base. Now, Bleach is on it’s second year running and this Naruto game, from my understanding, is in it’s beta. They have a lot of work ahead of them. My suggestions would be: more rewards offering more quantities of Shinobites, more immersive fighting mechanics, and lower the cost of getting new ninja cards (it’s the only way to get characters and moves like seriously?). I hope this helps the game on future installments to come. Let’s make Naruto great again! (Too much?)
