Not for UK Stays
For some reason - despite being asked to download this app for our holiday it can’t be used in the UK. Not sure why I’ve gone through the effort to download / set up account etc and now it’s no use. No doubt I’ll be getting emails etc from this group as a subsequence of sharing more data.

I’ve had several emails from Landal urging me to download the app prior to my holiday. However, it doesn’t support UK bookings. What a waste of time.

App looks good but still not able to add UK bookings I have been waiting for that for over a year now

Frustrating beyond words that you can’t access UK bookings you’d think this would be available this “day an age” this needs to be looked at it looks amazing where we are going hopefully it is so need a relaxing break away

I’m surprised to find this app was promoted in my UK booking email.
Once installed, then time spent registering and manually typing my booking reference, I’m told UK Bookings are not supported.
Pretty crazy that it was promoted to me then and a total waste of my time.
This is a 1 star rating in the app. They really need to address this. Either stop promoting it for UK stays or fix the app.

Pointless for U.K. bookings
Can’t use with U.K. bookings. Pointless. Even without a booking, the app is cumbersome and just full of web links.

I was not able to add my booking using the booking number, and there is no contact details to seek an assistance just a phone number with is in Netherlands, where I am in the UK.
