  • Switches itself on and off

This app isn’t fit for purpose, it just needs to load up, allow us to switch the lock on and off - it can’t do these things consistently. I have to wait minutes for it to load and then press the lock button a dozen times. Using it is an exercise in frustration.
  • Great App & Product

The GPS-Tracker is easy to install. I just needed to get the 12v port on my Bosch Smart System ebike unlock by the dealer. After that, the download and setup of the App and connecting it to the GPS-Tracker was easy, and after a few simple steps in the setup process, it was done. I love how you can set the activation to automatically come on after a set time. It means I never forgot to have it activated. in Addition, the App sends you notifications and alerts as intended, which means I have an extra sense of security and peace knowing that my ebike is protected. Well worth it.

  • Bike recovered

My e-bike was stolen from outside a restaurant where I was eating with friends. By time I reacted to the alarm the bike was gone but I was able to recover it from the thieves within 20 minutes.
    They were surprised 😄
  • Awful

Thought the price was high when installed but realised it was even higher when they charge £40 a year just to keep using it!! Joke. Just get an airtag!

Especially when the app only has to do one thing which is lock when I click the lock and I still have to click it multiple times 90% of the time because it's so slow to load.

Will not be renewing this after first year

  • Works and does what it says would…

…but whenever I open the app any media playing on my iPad or iPhone stops playing.

Not a major issue but a little frustrating.
  • Base product is okay - it’s the £40 a year that outrageous!!

The app and software are generally okay. They do the basics reasonably well.
Problem I have is with the actual service implementation. Which charges an additional £40 a year just to access the location and use the app. An app that uses a free GPS signal & cheap maps API should be pennies to run. Not that kind of ££!! Best AVOID if you want a sustainable and cost effective solution to stolen bikes.

  • No kill switch or back button

App is great when it works however it doesn’t have a back button or a kill switch for the alarms when they are activated.

We have issues with low signal and the bikes won’t unlock the alarms have gone off

No silencer and No kill switch The fix is deleting the app and this gives problems on low data connections

  • Problem with App

I love the concept of this product, it’s the execution that I have a problem with. On install, everything worked fine but after within 48 hours and less than 12 miles on the clock, the app couldn’t find the device when scanned. Hopefully my bike mechanic will be able to reposition the unit this weekend but I’m not holding my breath. I think something else might be going on but we will see. Only time will tell if this can be fixed.

  • Good product but…

I used a biketrax on a high end £7k MTB it works really well but you need to consider your movements and turn tracking on or off if, for example, you are traveling with the bike in a car or if it senses it’s on the move, it instantly starts live track and therefore uses the battery fast. If you have for example, a long journey and then you park at a hotel, by the time you get to your overnight then the battery is already flat so you have to remember to turn off the tracking when in transit until you literally want to put the system “on guard”
It wouldn’t put me off buying another because it’s a fantastic solution to a big problem of e bike theft. You do need to understand how it works to get the most out of it. It’s not a “fit and leave”
The App itself works perfectly although rather annoyingly it tells you to confirm your email address every single time you open the ap even though it’s been confirmed.

  • Works well, but dates ...

Seemed to work well over the last year, largely just recording my regular journeys. I rarely leave it in any place where it needs to be locked.

Could we please have dates to follow system settings or be optional format? US-style dates are fine in the US but elsewhere it's a question of eh, what? Before realizing it's back to front.
