App didn’t work for days due to servers down

The servers were down for days. This is unacceptable. The company should have back up servers so that even if the main servers fail customers are not impacted.

Cycle Recovered

Can’t thank PowUnity enough as without it I’d have lost my extremely expensive electric bike. With the aid of PowUnity I was able to recover my bike myself as the police were completely useless. However the aftercare service from PowUnity wasn’t great in using the data to convict the criminals. The main thing through I got my bike back. Awesome.

Poor execution

The app is a bit hit and miss. I often have to lock the bike several times and restart the app before it registers. At other times I am stuck in a spinner screen when I urgently have to lock the bike. When Bosch’s smart system arrives I suspect I’ll move over unless the experience dramatically improves

Great app and tracking device.

My bike got stolen twice and I could find it very quickly.

Works great

Setup was fine - works really well, and like the trip function. Could do with being clearer when the bike is locked (green?) vs not (blue?).
Alerts to phone certainly work.

Doesn’t work

Don’t waste your money on the tracker I think it’s a scam !! Does not work!
