It was a fantastic feeder with a great camera feature but 3 years ago it disconnected and it won’t connect again. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple time to no avail. Going to have to throw out such a good machine. What a waste of money as I only had it for 10 months when it stopped working.Show lessJessiLaLoca
Not very good
Very often says “cannot connect/device offline”. Sometimes eventually connects sometimes not. All other wifi devices working it’s just a terrible app. The feeder itself is so so, camera is poorly aimed so you can’t confirm it actually works. Would absolutely not buy again without some fixes.nonameneedee
I wish
I wish the app would notify me when it distributes a feeding. Sometimes the machine turns, but nothing comes out, & I wish the app would tell me when a feeding dispenses so I could check the camera & make sure it actually spit out food.alainafaithk
Was great until recently
Has worked great for about a year until I went on vacation and the feeder disappeared from my app. Luckily I had someone coming once a day and they could feed them. I looked at the lights from another pet camera and the connection lights indicated I should be connected. When I got home, it was actually putting food out but the app didn’t recognize I had anything connected and had to set it up all over again.Show lessCM dissatisfied
App no longer works
This app does not function anymore. It’s a betting app that is all spam. Pet feeder device is not usable anymore. Total scamSmasher776
Not reliable.
Away from home and is keeps disconnecting/connecting randomly so I have no clue as to if my cat is even actually being fed. Very upset.LuminousAsh
Used to work great but stopped working several weeks ago
This feeder/app worked very well for more than a year and then stopped working of course while we were on vacation several weeks ago. We had to call someone to come feed our cat. Now no matter what we try we cannot get it to come online. Very disappointing. The feeder is useless without it being online.Show lessmapalmtree
Used to work remotely and now it doesn’t
I recently experienced an error in the app where it lost connection to my feeder- of course whilst we were traveling. Now the app says that it is temporarily unable to connect to 5G Lan. This “temporary “ issue has lasted well over a month if not longer so my autofeeder is an expensive piece of useless crap. No app- no WiFi- no scheduling and it lost all saved times from previous.
Now it dispenses on a mysterious random schedule if plugged in. Useless.Show lessjensed
Do not buy this feeder
Do not buy this feeder, the app is flawed, has difficulty finding routers, does not connect, making the feeder unreliable. The rotary feeding tray is subject to jamming as food is gravity fed into the rotary trays. Too many flaws to list.RMotzko
