Embarrassingly bad
Despite years of asking for fixes on the EFP forum this app is still trash. 1. It logs you out after around 10 minutes, logging back in should be a breeze but it isn’t as it’s not compatible with keychain or any other password manager. 2. The local bar discount only works if you’re logged into the bar’s data harvesting WiFi (completely unnecessary and it doesn’t actually tell you anywhere in the app that that is why the discount isn’t showing). A sorry state of affairs but an accurate reflection of the state of the company over the last 3-4 years

Always crashing
This is a terrible app always crashing never loads and being a share holder it’s meant to show my discount and just crashes ment to be a business that is for the future but can’t make a simple app that works and the other app to Oder to the table doesn’t even show the beers that are actually in the building.

Unusable
Went to Brewdog to play the pub quiz, the app crashes upon doing anything with the map or finding a specific bar. Logging in works but does not keep you logged in between sessions.
Limited App
The app crashes every time I click on ‘find my nearest bar’ or after I use the map to find a bar and then click on the pin to see which bar it is. Been doing it for over a year now and still no resolution!
Don’t bother wasting your time
If only this app would work.. Open it ups and no matter what you want from it after just a few taps the app crashes and closes.. Seriously disappointing, just pleased that their drinks are a lot better 🤷🏼♂️
Keeps crashing
Constantly crashes and also doesn’t remember login details for more than a few hours at most. Very annoying and has been like this for months.

App hasn’t been working for months and months. Shuts itself down or sticks on screen loading page when you try and open the bar location tab or if you try to open a bar on the map screen it shuts down.
Tried deleting and reloading the app several times and have mentioned the issues to staff but it’s not been fixed. Clearly don’t give a hoot about their customers 😕

Awful app
App is just simply awful, constantly closing itself down. Deleted app 5 mins off of phone after installing.
Quite obviously no maintenance has been performed for an extremely long time, this has made me think twice about ordering from their website

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work, and hasn’t for months. You can’t search for a bar as it shuts the app down, so good luck setting a local and enjoying discount there.
Simply ignoring this problem implies you don’t care and is frustrating.

Worst tech ever
Does not load ID. If you thought brewdog website was bad this is 10 times worse. Invest in technology that works brewdog. This app is useless.
