Pleasant on the eye but logs you out far too often
The app is good use and looks good, easy to navigate.
But when you back to the app after a day or two it will have logged you out. It’s so frustrating, no Face ID as a back up. So every time I seem to use it I have to put my full email and password in. Surely this is an easy fix?

Doesn’t work
I’m an EFP holder, have had shares for some time, but this app has never worked. The ‘Profile’ tab never shows anything.
This is currently a useless app. Please improve it, and by that I mean take some time to look at the app and solve *all* problems at once.

Once again entered the app to do something (This time it was to set my local ) and the app freezes. Now just got the screen saying set location services and can’t get rid of it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no joy. This is the second time I’ve really tried to use the app and the second time it’s not worked. Really not good enough.

Doesn’t work properly.
If you can log in you won’t be logged in for long. The app seems to log out after 5 minutes or less. The local Brewdog discount doesn’t seem to be activating and location services aren’t working correctly on iOS 15.
Locations for bars seem to have disappeared including HQ Dogtap!
So finding your nearest bars doesn’t work, and to get your EFP card you have to re login every time you’re in. It’s completely broken, before I would have said 5 stars as it use to work perfectly.

Terrible app and terrible company
I have invested in BrewDog at the start of the year. It took them 7 months of back and forth emailing for the to firstly give me my share as their website kept coming up that I didn’t have any. That if the website worked which wasn’t all the time. And now when I have finally been given my share I try to use there app and nothing but a loading screen. A company that has just raised 30 million and that has been closed for months due to covid couldn’t have used that time to work in their web and app.
Complete joke and has really made me wonder where my money has went.
They keep promoting how good a company they are but seem to show little respect to the people that actually buy their products and invest in them.
I would love to review this app and say how good it is but for me to do the the app would have to load.

Buggy and non functional
Supposed to access ID card through the app but the page doesn't load ever. Tried reinstalling multiple times
Very Poor App
Having the same issues as the previous reviewers. I’m an Equity punk investor trying to get my Id card from the app, but it just gets stuck on the load page. It used to work about six months back but even then it was poor. I’ve tried uninstalling etc but still no luck. You’ve just raised £30m, for gods sake invest in a decent app!

Stuck on loading page.
Just stuck on loading page continuously. Tried deleting and downloading again but still the same.
Stuck on the loading wheel
This started up fine when I first got it, but it has been stuck on the loading screen after I tried to log in. (Properly) closing the app, and/or closing the phone down makes no difference as I am returned to the loading screen. Deleting it from the phone gives me the option to log in again, however, the problem returns when I do so, and I’m stuck on the wheel again.

No point app
This app needs some serious work. My profile didn’t load. Map with BrewDog locations was showing but I couldn’t load anything else. I couldn’t access discount card. Absolutely no point in having the app until BrewDog sort out basic functionality.
