At first since I got my new iPhone this app will not work at all. When I click on it it just flashes and my screen goes back to the home screen it won’t even open. It’s very frustrating to try and do trainings when I can’t even access the app.Mommy215

If you are forcing us to use this app, then make it work. I have been an AHG parent of two daughters for over 11yrs. One of which has received her Stars & Stripes. I have installed and deleted this app 4 times over the last 7 days and only get a “white screen of death” before my phone returns to its home screen. I am unable to use your app to update my Keys training.RSipes

Sooo frustrating. Lost my training I had started
I have been really pressed for time lately so had started my keys training….I went back to finish and it’s making me start all over. It’s incredibly frustrating as a volunteer to have to spend a ton of extra time on things that are required. I don’t always have easy access to a computer to do the training on.Vgkdsrtr
