I downloaded this app to do my training but couldn’t even open the app because it crashes before it even opens. As soon as I click on the app my screen goes blurry like the app is going to open but then it doesn’t. I have tried deleting the app multiple times and even restarting my phone. Another one of our troop leaders has it one her phone and her app works just fine.Denisewendt
App doesn’t work and no easy way to do trainings without it
I tried downloading this app on my iPhone and iPad and on both, the app crashes before it starts up. Then it won’t let you do the trainings without the app. I had to borrow a computer download the “app” for the computer, then delete it after completing my trainings because I didn’t want to leave the app on someone else’s computer.laponsel

Update 6/2021: Nothing has changed. I have a new phone and downloaded the most current version of the app and it does the exact same thing - crashes immediately.
It won’t even open for me - when I tap on it, it crashes immediately. Completely useless. If AHG is going to push the app so heavy for the training they need to make sure it works. Otherwise, scrap it and do something else. Incredibly frustrating!Rhybread84

Worked great until it didn’t work!
This app worked great for about a year and now it won’t load or do anything. I hope the. It’s are resolved because I did like having this option to keep up with training.Tmoon0709
App crashes
I have tried reinstalling multiple times and this app continues to crash. Very frustrating as we often used the phone app to show new leaders the training they would need to complete during their intro session.rockandroll82
