The app used to work and for the last few months it won’t even open.

Doesn’t open
No matter how many times I delete app from iPhone 13 and reinstall and turn phone off and on the app doesn’t open. I have used successfully in the past and don’t understand what the problem is. Have reported it to Gukf Gate library but haven’t been informed of either the problem or solution.
App is crashing on launch
App was fine for me for the past six months. Severely outdated in terms of design but does what it needs to do. It now crashes on launch and the only way to “fix” it is to reinstall the app. This works for a few sessions then starts crashing again. Really annoying.
