No ETA Shown
The app is helpful to show where the bus is but the ETA has never worked which calls into question the app’s effectiveness. Switching between a third party map app and this app to understand the ETA is annoying.

Easy to use, does what it is for: track the bus
Great but sometimes unreliable
For the most part, this app is great. I can tell where the bus is, my kids check in when they get on/off the bus so i know where they are. There have been a few days where its been glitchy… where its telling me the bus is at school and the bus just dropped my kids off. That has happened 5-6 times, but overall, this is much better than waiting at the bus stop, just hoping the bus would be on time.
