Extremely inaccurate
The eta and the actual whereabouts of the bus are both extremely inaccurate! The other day it showed my daughter’s bus being in a different neighborhood and still 20 minutes before drop off WHEN THEY CAME WALKING IN THE DOOR. My daughter is in kindergarten! She was walked home by her niece who is only a 2nd grader! I rely heavily on this app being accurate, and it just is not. So instead I spend 30-50 minutes at the stop just waiting and wasting time never knowing when the kids will show up! Stupid to even offer the app and not be at least mostly accurate! At least get the LOCATION correct! My daughter’s bus has been “sitting in a neighborhood 3.5 miles away” since Thursday last week. It has never caught up to their real location once since then.
So in closing-the concept is great and it COULD be a time saver (especially in a district with many problems on tardiness due to shortage of drivers), but do NOT put your faith in this app. It has about 0% chance of being right.Show lessMomOfLotOf5
Finally, parents have been waiting for this!
Last year my daughter started a new school third grade and this was not available. This year she started fourth grade her only second year in a new school and this app is amazing. on delays or just in general. Sometimes the bus comes a few minutes early and sometimes it comes late. Now with this app 7:50 every day I open up the app so I can keep tabs on when the bus is coming and then I know when I need to be home or walk into the bus stop for pick up. Very buggy app with great potential
I’ve had this app since my youngest started first grade. It’s worked perfectly and very well for maybe one third of that time. For a long time, it had our bus stop wrong. It showed the first stop on the bus’s route, but not ours, which is the last stop on the route. It gave the eta to that stop, and then showed “Passed stop”. I could follow the bus icon and see that it was approaching, but had to estimate eta. Now, it’s not showing the stop at all. All that’s on the map is my house and the bus icon.
The fact that it has problems isn’t so much the issue. My problem is the response to support requests. When you put in a problem report, you get no response. I guess they’re under staffed or over worked. It takes weeks to get an issue fixed, and there is no contact from anyone saying your complaint is being addressed or has even been received.Show lessWeebs49
Not reliable
I have used this app for the last few years. This year, whoever is responsible for correcting issues, has dropped the ball. I have sent countless emails to have the issues corrected, but they don’t fix the issue. We get the bus’s ETA for a bus, that isn’t my children’s bus. And sometimes, we are assigned the wrong bus, and the bus image doesn’t move, showing that the bus isn’t even coming to pick them up. Could I just have the kids go outside, for the proper arrival time? Sure!! But the problem is that the bus driver never arrives at the same time. Sometime they are 15 minutes late or 10 minutes early…very seldom at the time the bus should be here. My children would have to stand outside, for over 30 minutes to make sure that they are picked up. This app was suppose to help. It only does when the administrator of the app’s info does their job. When you point out the issues, and they don’t fix it, it makes the app worthless.Show lessBarbiQsauce
Hardly ever works
It’s very frustrating that this app hardly ever works. Bus stop sign was clear across town, took almost 3 weeks for the support team to fix. The app never works but I’m able to pull it up on my desktop. The ETA will say 1 minute when the bus is 5 miles away. The bus freezes constantly when the ETA works so the ETA will say “at stop” and the bus image is across town and hasn’t moved. Super frustrating especially when you have an elementary school kid who gets picked up at 6:30am and has to stand on the side of the road in the dark hoping they didn’t miss the bus. As a parent I would hope the safety of kids and the peace of mind of parents would be more at the forefront. Reinstalling constantly
So last week I went to open the where is the bus app and I received an error that said alert please try again in a little while so I hit OK and this happens every single time I attempted to open the app for the next three days. I then uninstall the app and reinstalled it. It worked for about two days after that I have been deleting the app and reinstalling it every morning just to get it to work to track my son’s bus. It has a lot of bugs to begin with but this one is really bad. I have tried reaching out to email support without any reply. Can this please be fixed because this is a major inconvenience I do not nor if I was not on Wi-Fi or 5G would I be able to reinstall this app every morning which I should not have to do to begin with thank you. Much better than other counties
I just moved from Pinellas to Pasco and this system is so much better than what they had Pinellas. I can actually see exactly when and where my child was dropped off / picked up and I can see when the bus is close. No more standing at the bus stop for 45 minutes wondering where the bus is while I wait on hold for 30 minutes with transportationShow lessG1nL0
Absolutely awful in every way.
The interface looks like something from 1993.
Support is almost nonexistent. Last year I sent multiple support requests, the most timely response I got was more than six weeks after I sent the request. This year my child’s designated bus stop is incorrect. I have made ten requests since august 8th to have it corrected, and have received no response to any of them.
If a student has two households where they split their time (like when divorced parents have joint custody) only one household can use the app. Additionally there is no push notification if your child’s bus is canceled, so if you don’t remember to check the app every morning, you can be in for a surprise when you get to the bus stop.

Inaccurate and buggy at times
This app works great most of the time, but is occasionally inaccurate. This morning, I was getting my son ready for school with about 20 minutes until his scheduled pick up time. I happened to look at the app and it said the bus was 5 minutes away! I scrabbled to get him to the bus stop and it ended up coming a little late. Also, the app will sometimes show “no eta” minutes before the scheduled pick up time too, so it’s impossible to know where the bus actually is.Show lessswayde620
So much less stress
Since COVID, we have had a terrible shortage of bus drivers. For the last 2 years, our bus has been delayed 20 minutes or more most days. So far this year it has been late every day. This app allows us to arrive at the bus stop at the correct time, instead of standing in 95-98 degree heat for 45 minutes, wondering where the bus is.Show lessTrassier
