NOT Apple friendly
Why is this in the App Store? I created a login for this app, downloaded it, and opened it. I clicked ‘login’ and it spins it’s wheels and tells me to “please wait.” I can’t even login on this POC. The instructions in an email (for iOS users) is to 1. Go to settings 2. Choose Safari 3. Accept cookies from visited. It’s like they haven’t looked at an iOS layout in a while cause that third option doesn’t exist. I can block cookies, all of them, but that’s it. My kid’s school district transportation office is a bunch of flarking non communicative, non transparent *rassberry* So it’s par for the course that they’d opt for an app as useless as them. I downloaded it, I open it, it should work for my iOS. Period. No extra work around. WHY does it need my cookie permission? It’s tracking the school bus, NOT my device. My kids bus is NEVER on time! So, now I’m supposed to hope and wonder where my kid is everyday…Show lessmarvel28
Only way I know when the bus is late
It’s a crazy time for school buses with lack of drivers. Our sons bus is often delayed an hour or more and more than half the time, notifications aren’t sent out. This app makes it so much easier to judge when we have to go to the bus stop or if we should simply pick our child up from school instead of having him wait two hours after the day is over for his bus.Show lessludacrys
It’s wonderful app
It’s great to know when bus arriving to pick my child and notify you when bus accepted her and when bus dropped her at school then I get another notification when she take the bus to head home and when she get out of the bus. It’s amazing.
The experience is only good as when app is working otherwise unable to use the app and wasting 30min on bus pick up destination. It’s annoying due to app is down.

Zero user support
The app worked great until it didn’t. For some reason, it changed the location of my kids’ bus stop in early December. I have tried sending messages within the app and emailing customer support dozens of times over the past two months. I’ve gotten absolutely no response. This seems like it would be a very quick and easy fix for them to make so I could use the app again. It really was very helpful when it worked.Show lessT Marlette
Love it
I love this app, it makes it easy for me to know where the bus is to be ready and on time, and to know when my child has arrived to school, it’s a complete tracking of the location of the bus and its where it is.pppppppppll
Wish there were some changes to the app.
The distance to the stop is so off ! The radius should be bigger and notify you at .5 miles away. Also i had another app and your bus stop and school would be red and when the bus get to that location it would turn green so you would know your kid got to school without having to stare at the app! I also wish it would send notifications like the other bus app dose like your bus is arriving on time or is late or has entered the radius. Where’s the Bus
This helps so much! We have triplets and to just load up and go wait was horrible but now we can track and know when to leave without waiting in a car with unhappy little ones!Triplets2021
Amazing app
This app is very useful to help me know when my bus is going to come, one thing I would recommend is making it so there is a widget so withe the new ios 16 update that added little widgets there will be a widget for this app that shows how many minutes until the bus comes😂👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺👺
Great app!!
This app has revolutionized the bus stop. I love being able to follow the bus at pick up and drop off times. It’s especially helpful since we’re at a hub bus stop and my kids aren’t dropped off in a location near their home. Walking is barely an option.
