I love it
This is one of the best apps created. Very accurate and lets me know exactly the time the bus will arrive. Sometimes the bus may be early or late, so this app helps tremendously when getting my child ready in the morning.LoveMe_12

To the parent that said it doesn’t tell you what time your child got on the bus or reached the school it does m. You have to click on that phone icon on the left and it say scanned ID. I really love this app and i hoping nothing changes unless is gets better. My kids used it i use it along with my husbandShow lessFields32114
Needs work
Update: information finally updated and worked for a few days but then inexplicably reverted to the incorrect route for one child and changed the stops on the map to two and three neighborhoods over for the other (all while showing correct info in the “account” section). I give up.
Great idea and very useful if I could get my kids’ info updated. Sending a correction through the app “email” doesn’t seem to get there. The information doesn’t sync between what’s on the app and what’s on the desktop version. And there’s no way to log out of the app, other than delete-reinstall-sign in. This only sometimes refreshes the rider information anyway. One bus route on the map finally changed somehow, but when I look at the rider information they are both still the old numbers (yep: 2 riders, 4 route numbers appear in the app and only 1 is correct….). Good app
This app is very helpful. My son is 6 and his bus drop’s him off on a major road and can not walk home alone so this app lets me know when he is close cause his bus has come at all different times sometimes It comes to early and I have also waited 30 mins not knowing where he was. I also have an apple AirTag but it sometimes doesn’t update his location for minutes so This app gives me a better time frameShow lessdanyell00
A Bit Less stress
This app takes a bit of stress out of our mornings. I have four children getting on 2 buses at three different times, this app helps us to not panic, and therefore use our time much more effectively.EMBERMAGNA
Works 60% of time
Works 5% of time in the morning. Bus just sits at bus barn on the app. No eta not distance. The evening drop off it usually works 60% of time. Bus shows on app down the road 1 mile away aproaching. OMG bus is 10 minutes early. Omg rush to bus stop annnnnd wait and wait , im what? Bus is stuck on approaching 10 minutes before her drop off time and show same distance for 20 minutes. Sometimes it does work but we can’t and never will trust it.Show lessDocbrown26

This app is so bad that it’s almost a joke. If anything it complicates planning and would be best if you just go to the bus stop five minutes early every day no matter where the bus is located. The reason is that the bus magically jumps around the map and can go from being 20 minutes away to the bus stop in 20 seconds. it would be much preferable to not have an app that purports to know where the bus is and when it will arrive.Show lessdidenfri
I know when the kids are about to arrive
I used to have to wait over an hour for the bus to arrive some days it was early most days it was extremely late other days I was frantic wondering what was going on constantly having to call transportation now I have an idea of when the bus is going to arrive I just wished it was like the bus app used in Collier County Florida It let you know what time your child boarded the bus and what time the bus dropped your child off at because sometimes it’s confusing and I’m not sure if the bus has come or is running late from the previous school it just shows you the location of the bus not telling you if your child is already on the bus other than that I 100% love ItShow lessmergrl
No more wondering
This new app Where’s the Bus is a wonderful asset to parents.
There’s never a question on if your child’s bus passed or hasn’t came yet. Also, if there’s a problem with their usual bus, it gives you a replacement bus number next to the usual one in parentheses.

So helpful
I love that we have the ability to see where the bus is. It’s a peace of mind but also very convenient as a working mom to time when I leave my son whereas before I would get to the stop and just be waiting unsure of how much time I had, stressing about how long I’d be out of work.
