Muy decepcionada

Deposite 3000 pesos en mi cuenta siguiendo los pasos exactamente como me lo pidieron en la app y no llego. Después de contactar el soporte me mandaron este mensaje.

App does not work after update

After I switched to iphone 16 and updated to IOS 18.1, the app just stopped working, not allowing me to log in properly. Tried to reinstall, reset, everything and it remains inoperable.

Doesn’t work on iOS 18

You can switch tabs but no controls are working, Go to wallet, Buy/Sell - nothing happens when you touch.

Easy way to lose money

From nowhere they block my account changing my phone number and face id access no longer works, and now many things they ask me to send to “try to recover” my access. It is ridiculous and fraudulent.

My withdrawal was disabled

It a bad application I won’t advise any one to use it, my withdrawal was disabled for no reason and it three days now, i have made complain and nothing have been done this is very bad because I’m feeling like you guy are trying to scam me for my money

Unable to withdraw funds

This app is a total nonsense. I’ve been unable to withdraw my money from the app. I made a transaction since on the 20th of July 2023 and yet the transaction is still showing unable to withdraw. My money has gotten stuck ever since. The developers should do the needful otherwise I’ll return here to give more awful rating.

I was unable to make a withdrawal till now,my withdrawal keep saying pending since these days and I contacted the support they told me to increase my limit which I tried to do ,I was told to upload my passport and I don’t have a passport,they didn’t give me another option which is not far ,I couldn’t make a withdrawal since then
