Junky app
Great app when it works. Seeing and changing dehumidifier setting very helpful. Unfortunately it will go days not allowing app to connect. WiFi strength is very good at both dehumidifier and phone location. Even odder, sometimes it will not work from my phone but may work from wife’s phone.
Good when it connects
Nice app to remote monitor a dehumidifier. However, it connects maybe 20% of the time. Mostly get login failure message.
Dehumidifier shows wifi signal is 90%, so it isn’t a wifi problem. Also, the ecobee and roomba have no issues with the wifi.

Does not open consistently
Says login failed more often then app actually opening.

Hi, thanks for leaving a review. Inconsistent login can be caused by low WiFi strength, maybe try moving your router closer to the dehumidifier and trying again. Thank you!
