The subs are no longer available
What happened to the english subtitles? I just renewed to vip and now its no longer available. Usually the titles thats written in english have subtitles but now it’s not. Why? I was in the middle of watching some dramas but those dramas no longer have the subtitles.

I got charged for VIP membership subscription but the app doesn’t reflect my membership
I subscribed for the monthly VIP membership, but the app doesn’t show the VIP status and blocks me from the VIP only content. I submitted the customer issues report but no one ever reached back. Can someone help?

Worst media app ever, won’t use it any more.
Terrible customer service.
You received a two instead of a zero because there is a wide selection of movies, tv shows, etc.
But you never allow me to watch them. Once you’ve bounce me back of the system it takes, sometimes weeks for me to be able to login. I pay 2.99 instead 1.99 but it still asks for an upgrade. When I apply for another upgrade. It sends me to a blank white screen that never changes. I been trying for over six months m. Contact me when you fix the problem.

Videos won’t load
Videos were able to load for a week (speed was spotty and not great. Stuttering quite often). and then a couple days later videos won’t even load up and play. Terrible experience.
Broken app
Can’t sync the user account between the web player and the app. Extremely frustrating as I’ve paid for the monthly membership (twice) yet cannot watch the shows.
Would give 0 stars if possible
Unbelievable app, I paid for VIP and have the receipt confirming I purchased a subscription. However, it still doesn’t let me access anything VIP.
