Broken app
Can’t sync the user account between the web player and the app. Extremely frustrating as I’ve paid for the monthly membership (twice) yet cannot watch the shows.
Would give 0 stars if possible
Unbelievable app, I paid for VIP and have the receipt confirming I purchased a subscription. However, it still doesn’t let me access anything VIP.

No iPad version?
There’s only phone version and no iPad version. I tried to watch it on my iPad Pro and iPad mini. It gave me a small square box. You can only watch it with browser which they limit the speed. Horrible..
Lousy App
This is the worst app out there for Asian content. Not in the least bit user friendly. I had to pay twice for VIP. Why? Still can not figure it out. Do not bother with customer service, there is none. Maybe one has to have a vip memebership for every device? Makes no sense and when I try to login with email and password still nothing. Apple should not even allow the app on their platform because of all the issues.

作为一个串流视频app，没有iPad app，没有Apple TV app，还不能投屏。请问你们的产品经理是不是有毛病？好在还没有注册，也还没有付费。
Don’t waste your time Dreadful CC
I recently purchased the VIP subscription and it worked for a couple of day’s. Afterwards it stopped, kept telling me I couldn’t sign in. I tried 4x’s to speed to customer service, every time I was re-routed to send email which I did 4x’s this was if Feb2022 now is March 30th have not received any response. So I put the money I spent on purchasing the app. Don’t existe your time not worth it.

App and Web Browser Issues
Mango Tv needs better techs and web engineers. There are always issues with the app and web browser. Paying for VIP but can hardly use it. Paid for a whole year but they keep pushing to renewing already! What the heck! They also can’t get their subtitles right! They’ll say it’s in English but you click in a English and it’s a different language. Dang Mango Tv… such a huge production company but need better techs and engineers! Too many app and web browser issues!

Why say a drama has full English subtitles. But it not updated to have any English subs. Bit disappointed that I have left quite a few dramas halfway because of this it?
