Great App
The Rib Crib app is very well laid out and intuitive to use. It is super convenient working in the Williams Tower to place the order at my desk and by the time I ride the elevator down the order is ready.
Needs work
There are a lot of glitches in the ordering process and payment process. Maybe try using the app you build yourself and more then once.

Delicious food, sure can’t beat the the Super Spud and Three’s Company!!! We shared both and both of us stuffed too! Friendly environment and friendly superb service too!!!

The classic Chicken wrap has no option to order on app. Also, needs improvement on special requests.

Long lost friend
I LOVE Rib Crib, hence the rating, BUT I haven’t been in a LONG TIME (even though I had accumulated TWO $10 rewards!!). Im praying in my absence that the new mgr has left OR he got his poo together. Ive been missing my go to lunch during work crises.
Cart is confusing
1) strange things show up in your cart you didn’t order
2) out of three items I could only see two before I went to the next detail page.

Always YUMMY!
We order from the Bixby location about twice a month. It’s always an efficient drive thru/pick up experience.
My only criticism is that recently they severely down sized their “sides” portions to an almost laughable amount.
But, we keep going back for more!
