Half of the this app doesn’t work
It is not user friendly for senior citizens who are the most likely users. Currently, it is working on browser but with same login details, it is not working on the app.
Senior citizens get frustrated and somehow thinks we don’t know how to use it. Subscription is valid till March 2024, yet it wouldn’t work and I’m being asked to top up. If the app is being upgraded then there should be message to indicate this.Show lessPremi1949
