YES it’s free and very useful. YES you will talk to a life insurance rep. But all they did was set me up with the kits (as well as some other great freebies) and they went over my specific gaps in coverage. I see why people mightbe skeptical but it’s set up to PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN if something happens to them AND if something happens to you!
Worst case scenario you spend a little bit of your time learning things you probably didn’t know anyway and you get some free stuff for your family.

Sleezy scam from American Income Life
What a joke lol. A LIFE INSURANCE company is behind these kits. They don’t actually care about your children. The free kit is a way for American income life to get a foot in your door by one of their sleezy salesman & try to sell you life insurance. The free kit is just bait to let them in your home. You can get these kits legitimately for free without calling a sneaky life insurance company & falling victim to their sales tactics. Just reach out to your local police station & request an identification kit for you child. It’s NOT a child safe kit though. This particular one here “child safe kit” is just one of American Income Life’s way of getting in your door. Pathetic & sleezy. It’s 2022, do better.Show lessNoisyRillo
Not a scam lol
I was skeptical from reading the reviews but if you think it’s a scam you’re probably just not a very smart person… while they did offer me insurance and I said no I was still able to access and use the app afterwards to it’s full ability and the only things they offered were things I didn’t have anywaysShow lessHcdmnic
SCAM! REALLY FOR LIFE INSURANCE! Do NOT use this app!
Filled out form on Facebook for a free kit in mail but in reality it’s for life insurance sales pitch! No kit came but I received a phone call saying I need to have a zoom meeting to setup app. Looked up his company and everything pops right up stating you can do this yourself at local police station and they are middlemen salespeople for life insurance. And ex-employees say it’s a pyramid scheme to “work” for them. Shame on Facebook for allowing scammers that steal your identity and harass you, under false pretenses.Show lessHelenaNH
Peace of Mind
Thank you to those who thought of this amazing app and made it possible. I don’t plan on ever losing my child but at least I know if it does happen, I’ll have every detail bout them and be able to share it with police with the click of a button. Only one thing I can complain about. On my iPhone 11 Pro Max, when setting up my children’s profile, the DOB selection is kind of cut off on the bottom of the screen. Took me a minute to find out how to change the date but I finally got it. Hope they fix that soon, thank you!!!Show lessAnerge
Everyone with Kids needs this
I had the old version of the child safe kits from the schools/police station but this is amazing I never knew they had a version for the phone! Makes it way easier to know that I can activate the amber alert from my phone if anything ever did happen.DannyRu9898
Incredible tool!
Love this app! It’s everything you could ever need to get an amber alert posted, which is super important if your baby ever goes missing. I feel so much better having this at the ready in the event of a terrible situation. I also LOVE that it is updatable.Swosso38
Not for untraditional families
There is no way to assign each child specific guardians. My kids don’t all have the same father and am unable to assign one child their father, and the other child their father. Also not sure why you have to enter a guardians email address...and lastly when you select which photos for the app to have access to, they show as a pink blocks in the app so you have to go back and forth trying to find the right ones for each kids profile-Instead of each photo showing a sample.Show lessGirly pow

At first I thought it was a scam, but then I found out that is actually endorsed by the police Union, and the benefits are truly at no cost, there are optional additional family protection plans you can add, but its just optional.
