  • These programs aren’t very accurate

The phone (Android and IPhone) GPS signal operates at a rate of 1 Hz. This is barely fast enough to track most sport like cars.

Honda Civic you’ll be fine; Toyota carolla; yep. Basically any vehicle with a 0to 60 greater than 6 seconds should be consistent or close to mag times.

However; try this on a car that has sub 5 second performance and it’ll be inconsistent consistently. For example; both in my BMW M3 and Tesla Model 3 Performance; you’d have moved 30 feet and your speedometer will report 20 to 30 mph before the app determines you’ve moved and starts recording your speed and launch then.

If this program had access to external gps systems that were at least 3 Hz or better it could be useful.

  • Decent timer, not terribly accurate.

Repeats the same time over and over, but it seems reasonably close to what it should be (per motor trend and other sources). I don’t know if the gps in my phone is unable to refresh fast enough to make the difference, or if the app is not very precise.

Good for getting an idea of what your car can do, not good for getting a real time.

  • Seems dead accurate . Highly recommend!

Tested my golf r with dsg . Came back at 0-60 5 secs but I had the mrs in the car with me so I reckon without the extra weight I would’ve defo hit the manufacturers claimed 4.6secs . Not sure I hit the accelerator full either so shall be testing again. Seems dead accurate and probably the only way I’ve found for the average person to test their car . Got a quick car then I highly recommend this . Free as well so it’s a bit of a no brainier .

  • Worthless

Tried everything- couldn’t get a 0-60 time no matter what I did.

Seems pretty simple to set up, hit start, wait till it tells you to go. But then it just keeps measuring well past 60, and even 70 and 80. Deleted it.

Hi Floridaspeed, On the brief inventory, it sounds like the apps measurement units are still set to its default kmph. This means it’ll stop clocking at 100kmph (60mph). Maybe try setting it to mph from the settings screen?
  • It has huge potential

So after doing a couple of runs I’ve found that even with good signal the app tends to lag behind.
Reached 60 and the app was still only reading 45, i lifted when I got to 70 and it still hadn’t caught up, it was only ready 50 at that point.
  • Innacurrate

Because it uses god it is not very accurate. 0-60 times requires a real time start. Compared side by side with my datalogger it shows a up to a 1.2 second delay
  • Login

Come on guys, not everyone has Facebook, why can I only long in with fb I don’t have or want it, make another way to log in or this app is only decent to fb users 🙄

    Developer Response

I hear ya Dave. It’s been something on the todo list for a while now. Hopefully I get around to it sooner than later.
  • Fast Crash

App keeps crashing. Used to work well, now I can’t even open it.

Works well on my end. Why don’t you try deleting/reinstalling and see if that helps. If that doesn’t work, email support@erhiesfeka.com
  • Mike

First of all add instructions somewhere on the menu. I know it’s not complicated but it would still keep us from wasting time. Then for Tesla Model 3 put in the “ALL Wheel Drive” for a model. You have every other model except the most popular one

    Developer Response

Hi Marco, Your email was received and we will add the AWD Tesla. As for the instructions, I think you’re right about that one, it’s pretty straight forward and there are hundreds of users who posted their times on the leaderboard. With those numbers and one request for instructions, it’s safe to say the app is pretty self explanatory. Don’t hesitate to email again if you have any issues/questions/concerns
  • Incorrect times

This app says my car performed 0-60 in 2.0 seconds. Impossible.

    Developer Response

    Don’t sell yourself short :)
