I try using the mobile app this days to send money into my account but MTN doesn’t send me a confirmation code so I can’t really know what is wrong?Miles237 official

MOBILE MONEY ISSUE
I cashed out from my MTN momo for it to be deposited into my bank and it has been up to 24hrs nothing has shown up in my bank account of which money has been deducted from my MTN momo balance.
Please has anyone come across such issues and what happened?extratrader

The OTP code for logging in almost never comes and even when it does it takes ages!

So far I have been using the app everything works perfectly but you get 2 stars until you fix the issue with mobile money then you get 5 stars. ThanksTeddy Krash
