Amazing!
Upon first opening the app, I was impressed by the user friendly interface and clean design of the app. The tutorial laid out the premise and function of the app in simple, easy to understand language. I also like the wide range of exercises that the app offers. Everyone manages stress in a different way. Thus, the versatility of the exercises allow for stress management that will suit everyone’s needs. My one critique would be the “resilience tracker” feature as i think the purpose of that tracker can be made more clear. As someone who gets stressed easily, I do see myself using this app in the future. I have already looked into some of the exercises that interest me, and I am excited to see what PRISM can do for me and my stress management.
