Unreliable & poorly developed
This would be a great app if only it worked. Classes show vacancies but are full when you try to book. More bizarrely, the app offers to put you on a wait list for the class but no wait list exists! The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app but the fix is short lived and you need to uninstall and reinstall multiple times per week. I think lack of competition is the only thing keeping them in business. Concept is good but execution is extremely poor.

Not bad
I mostly use this app to get into the gym, but my biggest issue is sometimes it glitches so the check-in icon disappears. Simply closing the app and reopening it doesn’t help, so I inevitably have to restart my phone to be able to use it. It’s pretty annoying, because then I have to stand out in the cold or bad weather until my phone restarts. Would love if this could somehow be corrected.

Good but some issues
- Could you make it so in the visit history calendar if you have been on the 31st of the previous month it still shows up on the current month as a blue circle? You could fade it out a bit if necessary but it would be good to not have to go back to the previous month to see how many times I’ve gone in a row, for example. - Dark mode should have a toggle for automatic based on system setting. - The overall interface just isn’t very attractive. I can help you with this as I am a designer.

When Checking in with the apple watch it doesn't register as checked in on my gyms system.
Quick Action for checking into gym is great.
If a future update could include Shortcuts functionality so I can automate checking in to the gym that would be awesome.

Terrible app
This is a terrible app. It crashes everyday as the class booking time opens and by the time it’s recovered the desired class is full. Any software update takes weeks to resolve. If you’re an organisation considering this don’t buy this unless you want constant complaints from customers that they can’t utilise their gym membership because if the app, and your reception staff doing IT support.

Works well
Works for my gym. But weird how on my apple watch it says check in successful but gym staff says they don't see it come through on their system. And noticing new issues with my air pod pros giving random static which never happened before using this app.
Average ui but slightly annoying
This app disconnects any bluetooth headphones when you check in at a gym, and makes it especially difficult to reconnect

Bluetooth reader does not work
It’s getting really old leaving an hour before work driving all the way to the gym , to get to the gym all amped on preworkout to find you can’t get into the gym , because the Bluetooth scanner is not picking up.
