What do you get? An introduction to the basic moves (you will be stomping, paddling, frogging and leaping in no time!) 30 minute high-intensity workouts choreographed around our exclusive T-bar handle (giving you extra support and the stability to bounce even bigger and better). Included in each workout is a warm up and cool down/stretch section, short and sweet but VERY important to complete so that you don't injure yourself. A new 30 minute workout every month so your Boogie Bounce training continues to be effective. This app offers monthly auto-renewable subscriptions, which are purchased through your iTunes Account. All subscriptions can be managed using your iTunes account.
