I think over the years I’ve got used to the same comfortable phrases such as ‘it’s just a bite’ ‘a handful won’t count’ ‘I may be overweight but I’m not really bothered’ but I was fooling myself. This company say it as it is, especially Richie as the CEO. If you don’t want to hear that your excess weight is your fault and only you can do anything about it then go no further. If you really accept both of these as facts then take the plunge and join. It’s only £7.99 a month and payable monthly (you are committed for the year). It’s full on though - be committed, follow the programme and above all trust what you are told. It will probably be completely different from what you’ve always believed and you’ll be amazed at how much you can eat and still lose weight but believe it!! You won’t regret it.
