Great app
The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the audio and livestreams don't work,besides that it is a great app
Constantly pauses audio
Thankful for this avenue to listen to games but it’s practically impossible to listen to a full game. Audio repeatedly self pauses. I have to press play or reboot to reconnect at least 20 times a game if not more. Baseball and softball.
Disappointing
App crashing! So disappointing because we have multiple teams playing and I can’t see either score! Please fix!
Immediately closes
About 50% of the time the app opens for a half a second, then closes. Over and over. Some days it works. Tried deleting the app and starting over. Nope. Same issues. Went from an iPhone 13 to a 16. Same issue. Unstable.
Won’t Even Open
How can I access my tickets and use all the features I was told I’m supposed to enjoy when the app won’t even open/crashes before the starting screen even loads.
So, downhill is a good description.
I’ve had this app for years. It’s made it possible for me to listen to non-broadcast games of various sports, watch games when away from my home, keep up with stats, check on multiple aspects of my Aggies. Since this season, I’ve, lost connections, not able to connect, seemingly not had any connection to my 12th man account and basically not been able to effectively use any of the “features” the app has had in the past. Most recently, I’ve attempted to link baseball and softball schedules to my calendar to no avail. One of my favorite apps has become a shell of uselessness. PLEASE fix it! Make it useful again.

Needs a lot of work!
Wow this app could be so much better. Very hard to navigate. Also when you try and buy parking there is an option to click “map” all it does is bring up a picture of the field. Also have to sign up for multiple accounts for rewards, buying parking and also the app itself. I’m hoping they all mesh together but I really doubt it. Please fix this!

New update was not ready to be pushed out
This is an obvious case of getting a pretty version out. They ruined certain aspect of the UI that allows checking into live sports ect… needs some more updates. Would love them to roll back some of these cleaner features for a more solid running app and less crashing. It’s embarrassing to see this with the university having such a good computer science department. Maybe we should have saved a little money on our coaches so that the could hire better devs

Glitches
Again, the app is kicking users out every time an attempt to open it is made. This is the most unreliable app I have ever used. You can never predict if it will actually work or not. This is the second year in a row of such problems. Come on 12th man foundation, put out a product that works
Good app when it works
App performs well if you are more than a week or two after Os update. It crashes and does not load until the developer gets around to updating.
App Won’t Start
The app crashes immediately upon opening, before I even have a chance to log in. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to use my digital tickets.

App is constantly crashing when listening to baseball games. Frustrating.
Terrible App
How does this app have any good reviews. It sucked last year and has been automatically shutting down on a pretty routine basis this year. Come on 12th man foundation. Find a vendor who puts out a decent product
Gig ‘Em!
I love the app, but it’s very buggy. Lately I’m getting error messages when I attempt to listen to baseball or I’m not able to get in at all. Sometimes the app seems to start then shuts down.
Love having this app available but it’s not good
I use this app mainly to listen to baseball and occasionally basketball games. This app crashes regularly requiring me to go back and restart the app. It also drains battery and makes my phone run hot. I have my phone brightness all the way down, turn off screen, have all other apps closed and not running, on WiFi within maybe 10-20 feet of router. It’s k on the latest version. This exact issue has happened the last 3-4 times I’ve used this app the last couple of weeks.

App impossible to open
I’ve been trying to open the app for the last few days and it crashes within seconds. Deleted, redownloaded, turned phone off and on… this is just one of the worst apps for one of the most important athletics programs! Do better!
Newer app version is horrible
Revised app, even with updates, is the worst app I have on my phone. It’s very glitchy, sometimes shuts down, and I typically have to close the app and re-open it to get it to work. One would think our University would have resolved this in 2023, but now we are on to 2024. Unfortunately I will have to rely on other apps to listen in, view press conferences, etc. One would think that all former students that use this app would agree. Fix it.

Updating malfunction
When I click on my account and it shows the event I’m at, it just keep saying updating with the circle continuing to rotate. I can’t load anything.
