I have an account on the browser but I can’t get the app to work with the login info, I try to reset password and that doesn’t work. Not sure where 15% off first app purchase is.

I absolutely love their clothing collections, jewelry and I wish they would fix their app so I could get 50% off discounts for the amount of money I spend! I have to use TYB to get discounts but now I don’t get the 50% off ones…fix this please!! And I can’t log into your app it always says wrong name and/or password!!
