I will not be ordering from your delivery company again. Your app tells you to go to the website to manage the (DeliveryClub) Membership. I logged into the website and activated the membership then placed my order. It said “Active”. So you can indeed activate it in your own website. BUT that don’t work either since it now says Inactive. I created a dummy account to test it out again (just in case I erred the 1st time), the same thing happened. The Active status doesn’t stick after you supposedly activate it. PLUS no customer support whatsoever so good luck if the restaurant does not get your order right. Luckily that did go good for me on my 1st and last order yesterday.
