  • Great content

    The app has fantastic content but the app itself could use a lot of work. For example, it should be much easier to get back to the “path” you were on but it’s hidden behind a tab different than the home one and then not immediately visible there.

  • Meditation with goal in mind

    Wise@work is a very helpful mediation app. It defines meditation goal into 3 groups: focus, relationship, and emotion. It really helps me grow effectively because I have a clear objective every time I practice. I joined a 30 days challenge so now I form a habit of meditation everyday. Now meditation becomes something I would turn to when I am anxious or exhausted, instead of eating junk food or browsing nonsense on social media.

  • A Meditation app for work!

    So many companies, mine included, have begun to integrate meditation into the workday but it can be really hard to connect the practice to work itself. Enter Wise@Work. Think about the situations that are most stressful at work: high-intensity meetings, tough conversations with coworkers, public speaking. This app has meditations just for those situations and it even lets you decide between different lengths of time depending on how busy your day is. I highly recommend!!

  • Best mindfulness and meditation app I’ve ever used!!

    This is the first meditation app I’ve used that really worked! It’s helped me reduce stress at work, stay focused, and increase my productivity!

    Easy to use and a guided meditation for almost any work scenario. 5 minute work breaks have become my productivity booster! The sleep series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

    I love how I can set reminders for daily meditations. There is an abundance of options to choose from depending on my mood. I’ve been using this app to supplement my energy and I feel more supportive in my day.
