    I’ve really enjoyed using the Wise@Work app. I love that you can tailor each session to a specific situation, mood or time of day. The sessions apply both inside and outside of work, as I find myself reacting more thoughtfully and calmly to situations. Whether listening when I wake up, during my train commute, before a presentation, or at the end of a long day, it helps me decompress and refocus. I definitely recommend using this app!

  • My go-to calming app

    I turn to this app to relax when things gets stressful at work. 5 minutes can make a huge difference for my focus and concentration.
  • Helps me calmly focus my work priorities

    I like this app because it is a specific answer to my feelings of being overwhelmed, easily distracted, and disorganized as a team lead and manager of complex projects. My need for a mindful approach to my workday is greatly supported by the modules here. I am learning techniques for focusing and prioritizing. This app is different from other meditation and mindfulness training apps in that it is keenly centered on the workspace. I like that it has modules around preparing for an upcoming presentation, dealing with conflict, etc. I especially appreciate the commute meditations- good for the train or bus. I feel like I am gaining control, and a better manager of people and workload, though this app.

  • Great for a variety of moods & situations

    Honestly, I usually meditate on my own without any guidance... but some days that’s more difficult than others. So when I need something specific or just a gentle voice to guide me, this app is perfect. I love it more than other meditation/mindfulness apps because there are SO many meditations that are very specific to whatever situation you’re in and whatever you need in the moment.

  • A must have app

    I started listening to Wise at Work during stressful periods at work. It became the most important activity when I needed to get through the day. Now, it has become a part of my daily routine along with exercise and healthy eating. It’s just what I needed to round out my day.
