Did Everything Right and It will NOT Connect!
I have been trying to connect this app to my TV and I agreed to the app’s Agreement, connected both my TV and mobile phone. However, it then found my TV and it’s unique name that I gave it, so the last step is to, of course, press “Connect” and it never did. I have tried for a couple years and there has not been any update or response from Hisense. The app is not developed professionally. I advise you to stay away from this app, for it is a waste of time; until there is some re-release/update of this app.Show lessNo App Updates = Poor performance
I’ve wondered why this app performed so poorly for months now.. I’ve installed/uninstalled over and over telling myself maybe it’d get better. Needless to say, it’s been a complete waste of time. This app hasn’t been updated in over two years!! Of course it’s not any good. If they haven’t updated the app I doubt they’re reading these reviews. I will check App Store reviews before purchasing my next TV. It won’t be Hisense.. Maintain your apps, Developers.Show lessAwful App
I have three Hisense Televisions. Following all steps multiple times on all three televisions results in no tv’s found in the app. On the same Wi-Fi network, can see the televisions on the network but the app cannot find the televisions. Two of my remote controls have failed and been replaced in one year for each.Show less
