Did Everything Right and It will NOT Connect!
I have been trying to connect this app to my TV and I agreed to the app’s Agreement, connected both my TV and mobile phone. However, it then found my TV and it’s unique name that I gave it, so the last step is to, of course, press “Connect” and it never did. I have tried for a couple years and there has not been any update or response from Hisense. The app is not developed professionally. I advise you to stay away from this app, for it is a waste of time; until there is some re-release/update of this app.Show lessRayeasybakery
No App Updates = Poor performance
I’ve wondered why this app performed so poorly for months now.. I’ve installed/uninstalled over and over telling myself maybe it’d get better. Needless to say, it’s been a complete waste of time. This app hasn’t been updated in over two years!! Of course it’s not any good. If they haven’t updated the app I doubt they’re reading these reviews. Awful App
I have three Hisense Televisions. Following all steps multiple times on all three televisions results in no tv’s found in the app. On the same Wi-Fi network, can see the televisions on the network but the app cannot find the televisions. Two of my remote controls have failed and been replaced in one year for each.Show lessCarumba7
Ehhh
Worked great right away. After three or four days, stopped working and will not reconnect even though the app detects my TV still. Very frustrating as it worked awesome when it actually workedAdamS414141
Great and suggestions
It’s a beautiful app and would be awesome if it can cast the phone as a whole to the TV and not just videos and photos but the complete phone and it’s apps. Great workFreezy08
Not connecting
I still find it difficult to connect it to my tv.. whenever I tried doing that it says connected to Wi-Fi even after I have connected my phone to my tv but still tell me connect to wifi on the app I don’t know if it is the app or the tv 😩owojori michael
Complete rubbish.
Program is complete rubbish and a waste of memory. The only thing that works is finding the tv on the network. Will not connect at all. The tv may be smart but this app is not.dissapointed in comcast
Worse than having nothing at all
Absolutely horrible product. Won’t connect to ANY of my three HISENSE/ROKU TV’s. All three are in the list of supported tv’s. All are on the same network. Other apps/equipment sync up just fine. This app should be retired and thrown in the trash.Yomommasgash
Wish it worked consistently
I truly like the idea of having a tv remote app for many reasons. However, the RemoteNOW app for Hisense TV’s is so inconsistent. I find myself having to manually turn the tv off and back on, doing a restart, closing and reopening the app, etc multiple times every day because the app stops connecting to the TV.
