App Review, also how to fix app not connecting!
So I want to start off by saying I have used this app for about 5-6 months now, as someone who loses there remote constantly this app is a life saver. Saying this, there is a lot of problems with app.
Most notably is your app either not connecting to your TV, or when your app does connect to your TV some different language (for me it was Chinese or Japanese) appears at the top of the remote control interface. To fix this you need to fully restart your TV. So you can’t just hit the power button and turn it off/on. You need to either unplug your TV or find your physical remote and hold do the power button until the restart TV option comes up and select that.
I know this app hasn’t been touched for quite sometime but quality of life changes would be great, hope I helped some of you out.Show lessJCLAPP01

Only works the first time
The app was able to connect to my television the first time, and work well, having all of the expected functionality of a remote app. Now, without warning, is unable to connect the tv at all. It shows up in the app that it is present on the network, but refuses to connect.Lunayta
Does not work
Does not work with newer Hisense A6G series. Even with content sharing enabled it does not find the TV.
Go figure, a TV from the manufacture does not work with the app from the manufacture.Jamjar777
Updated App does NOT work now!
This worked great for me for months, then the app updated….. and NOTHING works! Now I have Asian characters at the top and the remote bo longer functions. HORRIBLEkikASSgirl
Used to work now asian characters on screen
Used to work great, now at the top of the remote screen is some sort of Asian Character text that wasn’t there before. It allows me to turn on the TV but not turn it off or any other functionality. Going to hook up my Harmony system and use wifi that way. Stay away from the headaches.Dr Tinky

Exactly what I wanted
This remote works great. It was so simple to set up and started working perfectly in less the a minute.NJDevildog
Non-functional at best
Struggles to connect and stay connected. Even when connected, can’t get the TV to respond to and input on the remote. Uninstalled after 5 attempts to make it work.Prudish Sushi
Fails to connect
The app is horrible. It fails to connect with the tv even in the same room. Have to turn the tv on manually and even then it doesn’t work. This is not a good app like a Roku app.Moldova89
