ULTIMATE CRAP!
Just bought a brand new TV 55B7300UW, read about the Smart TV functions, Smart phone mirroring but this doesn’t work at all. The app is absolute rubbish, the TV is not detecting on the app, tried several times but just doesn’t appear on the list.

Can’t find tv to use microphone function
The app can’t find my tv on the same WiFi network. Wish I could have returned the tv within the time window.

LIFE SAVER
I was about to cry when today my 2 year old stuck the remote into her cup of juice and it of course stopped working but after looking through 5 apps and trying them all this remote app worked for my Hisense TV. This came through for me!!! Omg thank you!Mar.izzlee

Can’t connect to tv
I can see my tv in the selection but it won’t connect I tried pressing it and it would show a loading logo for a split second but won’t connect I’ve tried multiple timesyourboyjjcruz
Can’t Make it Work
Well it found my TV, but when I tap to select it, nothing happens. I do see a circle start to appear to the right of the TV name. But it’s gone in less that a second. And nothing advances any further. Hoping the developer will respond to this review, like several of the others.Dvbnml
Garbage
To say that this app is trash is an understatement. Won't connect to my tv that's connected on the same network as my phone. I have an h8f. Don't worry hinsense let me reply to my own complaint. I got you.

Excellent Picture quality, Best all round in my personal opinion after being an avid Samsung fan my whole life, at least up UNTIL I reluctantly tried the all new ULED 4K HiSense TV and have to say it was the best decision I made and couldn’t expect more from a smart tv in 2020.
Unfortunately the ONLY thing letting this TV down is the built-in App Store it comes with from factory.
The VIDAA-U Smart is sadly anything but smart as 95% of the apps are useless as they are not English applications so besides Netflix, Showmax, DSTV-Now and You Tube the App Store is redundant.

Connecting successfully to this app was met with some challenges, however I found the problem was NOT the app itself but was from my Router that was found to be restricting a successful pairing of any of my devices to the TV.
Some quick changes to my router on an administrator level and I was able to connect all my devices to the TV seamlessly 🙌🏼
