If possible please reach out to team@hedvig.com mentioning this issue with details about your phone like iOS version & model and we will do our best to fix this.

Hello, The payment is made through digital direct debit which you connect to you bank account in the app. It is not possible to connect you debit card to the payment through direct debit.
