Landscape view - Thanks!!!!
For years folks have been asking for landscape view feature when using the app on an iPad, but apparently for totally deaf ears!
Portrait/vertical view is quite OK when using the app on a phone, but super inconvenient when using it on an iPad!
It should be a fairly easy feature to add, so why is no one listening to the requests?Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for your feedback. We know you're not the only one wishing for this feature, but unfortunately we still don't have good news for you. However, we're constantly developing our web service alongside our app, and actually on the web version you can do many things that are not yet available on the app. You can also use the web version horizontally. Have you tried it on your tablet? How do you like it? By zooming in or out in your browser you can adjust the appearance quite drastically, and also note that you can adjust the compactness of tables by clicking the gear-icon. -HenriHorizontal view - Please!
Two years after my first review, I am still waiting/hoping for the possibility of viewing the contend horizontally on a tablet, as it is often frustrating and cumbersome to be stuck with only the vertikal view.Developer Response

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Now I want to close my accounts and move my money it becomes impossible.
The customer service messenger service appears to be supported by robots, that can’t answer your question. I’ve had to call internationally several times to find out what the problems are. I first lodged a message to find out why I couldn’t withdraw my money in the start of September. It’s nearly the end of November. There are better platforms that have functioning customer services. We're sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience. International money transfers to/from our platform are indeed quite limited due to measures against money laundering. You need an account at a local bank in order to transfer money: If you're for instance a Finnish citizen, you need a bank account at a Finnish bank in order to move money. -Henri
