Crashing at the last minute
Ya’ll need to fix this from crashing everytime in the final hours, auctions lose money when people aren’t able to bid.

Scam
Didn’t give updates to who was in first, second, third, etc. doesn’t update at all. Trash.

This app is terrible. Do not use! Good luck if you are trying to do a fund raiser. Just watch all your money go away.
Decent but needs improvements
We used this for a PTO event two years in a row. Set up was okay, no way to import from last year. Payment was confusing to the parents and I’ve had to chase people down for payment. I highly recommend requiring phone numbers and not just email addresses for users.
Works Perfectly with Incredibly Fast Support
This app worked perfectly for the two auctions that I’ve run. Whenever we had questions, support responded almost immediately and got us on our way.

We liked the site. We think there should be more contact info for buyers. Also, if any bid is placed in the last 5 mins it should reset rather than just the last 30 seconds
