I can’t even open the app, I open the app it directs me to connect to the WiFi and I’m already connected so I go back to the app and the app crashes every single time. Something needs to be fixed ASAP.christianc355

Crashing app
I can’t get much longer than 5-10 seconds in the app without it crashing. I’m able to connect to the WiFi network but it crashes shortly after opening the app... what am I doing wrong?!??!?!?!Expert Engineer
Doesn’t work on IOS
Open the app on iPhone and it closes after a few seconds, not even useable. Emailed SYMA 2 weeks ago and had no reply. Nearly £200 spent on a drone and can’t use half the features. To make it worse, no one seems to care. Don’t buy their drones as you cannot use the apps!!Fuzzyfuzzy1234
Still not working on iPhones
Even though a new version was released two weeks ago a fix for the app crashing on an iPhone still has not been released. This app was great, please fix it. At the moment it crashes immediately you open the app.Vespucciano

The app doesn’t want to open for iPhone 6 whenever I click the app it closes back to background. This needs to be a fix for iPhones.lun the wolf
App does not open
Does not open on an iPhone IOS 12.4.1. The loading screen comes up then the app disappears to the background and you get dumped back on your IIS home screen. If you try to then bring the app to the forefront you get the same thing.GerardDLPD
