Unable to use this App
It seems like the app is having an ongoing issue across multiple users. I am also not able to get past the initial start-up screen because it says it can’t activate consultation mode due to spelling mistakes
Some enhancements
I love the app. However I wish I had information what is the best or worst score and what the score means. Also what is texture? I know it might be a stretch but can products be recommended for skincare by different problem area: texture, spots, wrinkles, etc.
App isn’t loading
I was super excited to download the app and it won’t even load all the way. I keep getting an error message that makes no sense !

My app is glitching and telling me to correct spelling errors. Im not sure how to fix this..

My app won’t configure either. Says something about checking with a consultant
Configuration problems
Keep getting a notice about failure to configure as soon as I open the app. Can we fix this problem somehow I would really like to be able to use the app and it seems there are only a few people with this problem. Message says: Configuration mode cannot be activated. Please confirm there are no spelling mistakes in the brand ID or contact your regional sales team for support.

When I open it a screen just shows up that says please make sure there are no spelling mistakes in your brand is and contact a regional sales team for support.
Unable to use this app
Will update stars when it’s fixed. Also unable to contact developer to let them know. This as the only way. iPhone 7 user, should shouldn’t have any issues with using on my end. I keep getting an error on the initial opening of the app saying that “consultation mode can not be activated.” Also I was never prompted to spell anything so I don’t know how there is a possibility of any spelling mistakes. Please please fix this as I can see it becoming a very powerful tool.

App won’t load
Downloads the app but the app will not configure. Then it gives a pop up saying to talk to help desk but can’t since that’s the only screen shown. Please help. Artistry is the best makeup out there and don’t want none thinking people to see this as bad.
